冰箱变频压缩机泵油系统的改进设计

摘要 采用变频技术后,冰箱压缩机在高转速下泵油系统的供油量过多,导致润滑油被曲柄甩出飞溅至气缸体、气阀组件,润滑油渗入制冷剂循环,在蒸发器中残留,导致制冷效率下降。对泵油系统的泵油原理进行了分析,为减少高转速下的甩油提出了一种泵油系统的改进设计方案。计算与分析结果表明,改进后的冰箱压缩机泵油系统可有效减少高转速下的甩油量。研究结果有助于冰箱压缩机变频技术的进步发展。 Because of adopting inverter technology, too much oil would be pumped to friction surfaces in the household refrigerating compressor under the high speed condition.The excessive oil would be ejected onto the cylinder,the gas valve module, and then involved into the refrigeration cycle ,and stay in the evaporator,leading to a decreased refrigerating efficiency of the refrigerator.In this paper, oil pump mechanism of the system was investigated,and an improved design was proposed to decrease the oil being ejected onto the cylinder and gas valve module.Calculation and analysis results showed little lubrication oil would be ejected onto the cylinder and valve module surface by using the improved design.Research work in this paper would be benefit for development of household inverter refrigerating compressor.
