摘要
传统多级压缩机级间热力复算采用的是迭代法以及简化算法,由于忽略了复算过程中气体系数的变化会使计算得到的热力参数存在一定误差,并且迭代过程中初值的估计值也会影响到迭代的次数和收敛性。运用粒子群优化算法将复算中求解非线性问题转化为求解最优化问题,并对某一实际压缩机复算实例进行了计算分析,与传统方法计算结果对比验证了其精度性。
The traditional iterative method and simplified algorithm of revisionary thermodynamic calculation between different compressor stages will cause imprecision during calculation.And the estimation of initial value during the iterative process will also affect the number of iterations and convergenee.A new method of revisional thermodynamic calculation based on PSO algorithm is proposed which can transform the nonlinearity calculation issue into optimization problem.After comparing the calculation result of a certain revisional thermodynamic calculation example using PSO algorithm with the result calculated by traditional method, the precision of the new PSO calculation method is verified.
