摘要
采用齿廓法线法,逐步演示螺杆压缩机转子刀具的求解过程,并以不对称型线为例求解出其刀具刃形,验证了齿廓法线法在螺杆转子刀具型线设计中的可靠便捷,从而得到了优于以往解析包络法的刀具设计方法。同时,讨论了加工参数对刀具刃形的影响,如:转子-刀具中心距大小、刀具安装角范围和奇异点的存在。最后,又以复盛型线为例,验证了齿廓法线法适用于现代型线的刃形求解过程。
:This paper presents a new method for tool profile designing of screw compressor rotors, based on the Lewis theorem, and demonstrates the step-by-step derivation of profile equations by taking Asymmetric Profile as an example, which proves superior to the traditional method based on the theory of enveloping represented in differential geometry. Meanwhile, the influence of machining parameters is discussed from three aspects:the range of rotor-tool center-distance, the range of mounting angle and the existence of singular points.Finally, this paper proves the feasibility of this new method for deriving the tool profile of modem profiles by taking Fusheng Profile as an example.
