摘要
创面难愈已成为世界难题。营养因素在创面愈合过程中发挥重要作用。本文介绍了影响创面愈合的各种营养成分的种类,归纳出主要营养成分在创面愈合不同阶段的作用及在创面愈合过程中的推荐剂量,提出研究代谢重要基因缺陷动物模型,以揭示营养因素与创面愈合的关系的分子机理及开发新的营养手段,提高创面愈合质量,实现创面功能性愈合,促进人类健康水平提升。
Impaired wounds have become a puzzle in the world. Nutritional factors play important roles in wound healing. In this paper the types of nutritional factors affecting wound healing were introduced, the effect of main nutritional factors on different stages of wound healing and the recommended dosages were outlined, the studies on important metabolic genetic defect animal models will help us to reveal the molecular mechanisms of nutrition-al factors and wound healing, and development of new nutritional routes was also discussed. This study will broad-en our knowledge about the relationship between nutritional factors and wound healing to promote the quality of wound healing and functional healing, as well as to enhance human health.
