摘要
采用焙烧法制备钛酸钾,以钛酸钾经过离子交换得到水合钛酸为原料,焙烧制得TiO2晶须,运用XRD、BET和SEM技术对其结构性质进行了表征,考察了制备条件对钛酸钾及TiO2结构的影响。结果表明,四钛酸钾在K2CO3与TiO2的摩尔比分别在为1︰3,最佳合成时间为2 h,焙烧温度为1 000℃的合成工艺最佳;经过离子交换,二次焙烧得到的具有锐钛矿型介孔二氧化钛晶须,晶须为短棒状,直径为0.5~1.5μm,长度为10~30μm。对噻吩模型化合物进行加氢脱硫效果考察,在低温低压下具有较高的活性。
A series of TiO2 whisker was synthesized by sintering treatment of titanic acid hydrate (H2Ti409.xH20) prepared from potassium titanate (K2Ti409) via ion-exchange ,and was characterized by XRD ,BET and SEM. The effect of preparation conditions was inspected. The results indicate that the preferred synthesis condition of K2Ti409 is as follow: the molar ratio of K2CO3 to TiO2 is 1 : 3, the synthetic time is 2 h, the sintering temperature is 1 000 ~C;The TiO2 whisker synthesized via ion-exchange and sintering has mesoporous structure of anatase phase,and has short bar morphology with 0.5-1.5 gm in diameter, 10-30 Arm in length: Its activity for thiophene hydrodesulfurization is well under low temperature and low pressure.
