China Standardization:Mr.Thomas,as we know,you've been working with ASTM for four decades since you first joined it in 1972,and you must have witnessed many histonical moments.So would you please briefly give us an overview of the development of ASTM in the past years?How ASTM has contributed to the economic globalization?And as the president,how do you expect ASTM to play in future and what plans have been drawn?
