摘要
目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术体位对患者术后肩痛的影响。方法将120例妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分为对照组60例,手术时取头低脚高位>30°;实验者60例,手术时取头低脚高位<20°。结果实验组术后肩痛发生率少于对照组。结论妇科腹腔镜手术头低臀高位<20°,可降低患者术后肩痛的发生率。
Objective To study the effect of trendelenberg position in gynecological laparoseopic surgeries for patients with shoulder pain. Methods 120 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgeries were randomly divided into control group （n= 60） and experimental group （n= 60）. The angle of trendelenberg position in the control group was more than 30~, and the angle of trendelenberg position in the experimental group was less than 20. Results The incidence of shoulder pain in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group. Conclusion The angle of trendelenherg position less than 20 can reduce the incidence of patients＇ shoulder pain.
