摘要
目的该综述是关于醋氯芬酸的临床研究进展,以便对其临床应用进行探讨。方法依据已发表文献,对醋氯芬酸的研究进展进行分析、归纳和总结。结果与结论非甾体抗炎药醋氯芬酸具有良好的安全性和疗效,临床上除用于骨关节炎、类风湿性关节炎和强直性脊椎炎等引起的疼痛和炎症的治疗,还可用于缓解术后痛、牙痛、月经痛、头痛和偏头痛。
Objective To review the clinical use of aceclofenac,this article involves the clinical research progress in aceclofenac.Methods Based on literatures,the research progress in aceclofenac was analyzed and summarized.Result and Conclusion Aceclofenac,a kind of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,with the superiority in safety and curative effect,is indicated for curing pain and inflammation induced by osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis etc,as well as for analgesia in postoperative pain,toothache,menstrual pain,headache and migraine.
