摘要
目的确定1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷的结构。方法采用红外光谱气体法、气相色谱-质谱联用法和核磁共振光谱法对1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷的样品和对照品进行光谱解析。结果 1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷样品和对照品的光谱分析结果基本一致。结论采用红外光谱法对1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷样品进行定性分析,方法可靠准确,简便快速。
Objective To confirm the structure of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane.Methods Gas infrared spectrum,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy were used.Results The 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane was identified by using the reference substance.Conclusion The established method is accurate,reliable,simple and rapid enough to be applied to qualitative identification of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane.
