摘要
高电压设备外绝缘爬电距离是一项保证电网安全运行的重要参数。目前爬电距离测量工作均在设备停电情况下进行,需人工测量,测量数据误差大,数据核查周期长,不能满足电网设备管理要求。文中使用三维激光扫描技术对外绝缘爬电距离进行了带电检测,可获得准确的测量数据,创新了爬电距离带电检测方法,该新技术可以推广应用。
The external insulation creepage distance of high voltage apparatus is an important parameter for the safety operation of power system. Creepage distance measurement is usually made by manual with a large error while apparatus is powered off, it will cost a lot of time, and cannot meet the need of apparatus management. In this paper, a new method for on-line measurement is presented with an accurate result, which is based on 3D laser scanning technology. Experiment shows that this new method is feasible and can be applied.
