主动脉壁内血肿的超声诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨主动脉壁内血肿的超声诊断价值。方法对12例经CT、MRI及手术证实为主动脉壁内血肿的声像图及CDFI进行了分析。结果按Stanford分型：12例主动脉壁内血肿中，A型5例，B型7例。主要表现为主动脉壁新月形增厚或不均匀环形增厚≥15．0mm，内壁光滑，无内膜片撕裂，无破口及假腔形成，CDFI显示无真假腔之间的交通血流；主动脉粥样硬化9例，其中5例见内膜钙化斑内移；A型主动脉壁内血肿可伴发主动脉瓣返流、心包积液、胸腔积液等病变。结论超声对主动脉壁内血肿的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要参考价值。
