摘要
目的探讨俯卧位CT检查对输尿管膀胱交界区结石的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2007年11月至2011年11月进行了俯卧位CT检查的17例输尿管膀胱交界区结石患者的临床及影像学资料。结果17例患者中，输尿管结石13例，改变体位扫描后结石位置不变；3例膀胱结石，俯卧位扫描结石由膀胱后部掉入前部；1例为输尿管囊肿并结石。结论俯卧位CT检查能明确输尿管膀胱交界区结石位置，有助于临床治疗方案的选择。
Objective To investigate the value of prone CT scanning in the assessment of stones of the ureterovesical junction. Methods From November 2007 to November 2011, 17 pa- tients underwent non-enhanced CT scan that showed stones in the region of the ureterovesical junc- tion.
