摘要
免疫-PCR技术是结合了免疫学和PCR技术的一种新型检测技术,具有高灵敏度、高自动化、操作简便等特点。本文介绍了免疫-PCR技术的原理和类型,归纳了目前免疫-PCR的应用领域,并进一步分析了其在食品安全领域的应用前景和优势。
Immuno polymerase chain reaction(IPCR)is a novel technique which combined with immunology and polymerase chain reaction(PCR).It has the characteristic of high sensitivity,high automation and easy operation.This paper mainly introduced the technology theory and types of immuno-PCR,summarized the current application fields of immuno-PCR,and analysised the application prospect and advantaged of immuno-PCR in the food-stuff field further.
