双胎妊娠阴道分娩母婴结局及相关因素分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的:描述双胎妊娠阴道分娩母婴结局的现状,探讨双胎妊娠阴道分娩母婴结局及其相关因素,为双胎妊娠妇女阴道分娩提供参考。方法:对北京市某三甲医院近5年双胎妊娠阴道分娩妇女母婴结局及相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果:双胎妊娠妇女分娩前体重指数、妊娠并发妊娠高血压疾病、双胎胎方位和孕周是影响母亲分娩方式、新生儿是否窒息和新生儿体重的重要因素。结论:应重视和加强双胎妊娠妇女阴道分娩信心,提高双胎阴道助产技术,充分考虑孕周、胎方位、妊娠高血压疾病和分娩前体重指数对于双胎母婴结局的影响,提高双胎阴道分娩成功率。
