摘要
针对10kV配电网管理需求,综合运用GIS/GPS先进技术,应用基于网络环境的大型关系数据库,完成了基于C/S模式的农网10kV配电地理信息管理系统。可以利用现代计算机在地理信息系统上进行有关图纸和文件的管理,并可准确、完整、及时地提供出电力部门所需要的各类管理信息。该系统不仅对电力企业安全生产起到了有力的保障,同时对客户服务、电网规划、线损管理等工作提供了辅助决策的依据。
To meet the needs of 10 kV power distribution management, applying both the advanced GIS/GPS technology and large scale database, we design a power distribution network geography information system based on C/S mode. In the system, the files are managed by the computer and the needed information can be offered on time. Not only it can ensure the safety operation for the enterprises but supply the basis of the auxiliary decision making for the power system planning, customer service and line loss management as well.
