摘要
近几年来,杭州"地中海风格"商业楼盘盛行。通过对杭州典型的"地中海风格"商业楼盘进行实地调研并分析,发现其建筑形式、景观元素与地中海相似,并在设计手法上具有本土化的倾向,但在植物景观与地域文化特征上与真正的"地中海风格"并不相同。
In recently years, the ＂Mediterranean style＂ Commercial real estate is becoming more and more popular in Hangzhou. Through field survey and analysing Hangzhou＇s typical ＂Mediterranean style＂ commercial real estates, the article fincls out that architectural forms and landscape elements of these real estates are similar to the real Mediterranean and the design methods have a tendency to indigenization.But the plants landscape and regional culture characteristics do not match with the real ＇Mediterranean style＇.
