摘要
受居民收入稳步增长、受教育程度不断提高以及文化产品供给日益丰富等因素影响,陕西城镇居民人均教育消费比重明显下降,文化娱乐消费比重曲折上升,文化消费结构正逐渐由发展型向享受型转变。针对这一新形势,应采取加强政府扶持力度、鼓励和引导民间资本介入、加强文化市场监管力度、加强相关立法保护等措施,促进陕西文化产业发展大繁荣。
The paper shows that the proportion of consumer education for urban residents in Shaanxi decreased while the proportion of consumption of culture and entertainment in creases, and analyses the influencing factors. In order to promote the development of Shaanxi cultural industry, the author puts forward some countermeasures.
