摘要
通过分析总结3例胸骨肿瘤切除加自体肋骨移植胸骨成形术患者的围手术期临床护理资料,探讨胸骨肿瘤切除加自体肋骨移植胸骨成形术的围手术期护理。胸骨肿瘤切除加自体肋骨移植胸骨成形术的围手术期护理重点是术前加强心理护理,以取得患者和家属的信任和配合;术后防止切口感染,预防及尽早发现出血,做好呼吸道护理和疼痛管理,指导正确的卧位和活动。
Objective This paper presents a reflection of the perioperative care provided for three patients who had undergone sternal tumor resection and reconstruction with autologous rib.Method The clinical data of perioperative nursing for the three patients in question were collected and analyzed.Result The surgeries were successfully conducted.One patient experienced a large amount of pleural effusion,while two patients experienced high fever after the non-use of antibiotics.Not serious complications occurred thanks to timely treatment.The patients were discharged after positive nursing treatment.Conclusion The key to the perioperative care for patients having undergone sternal tumor resection and reconstruction with autologous rib graft leans very much on preoperative psychological nursing and the trust and cooperation of patients and families.To prevent postoperative incision infection,prevention and early detection of bleeding,respiratory care and pain management,and instruction of the correct decubitus and physical exercise are essential.
