It has been 7-8 years since telecom operators started the transition from traditional basic network operators to modern integrated information service providers.Today operators are in great hesitation and confusion about the scissors effect between traffic and profit while benefiting from the fruitful practical experience and theoretical results accumulated through transformation.Questions have arose on next step what new changes will take place,which new difficulties operators will be facing,how do operators achieve the sustainable development by taking advantage of the pipeline in telecom market?
