摘要
欧洲城市化高潮与圈地运动没有关联,工业资本主义的兴起改变了城市化的格局,在城市化与房地产业的关系中,城市化是原因,房地产业是结果。城市化的基础是工业化,推进城市化的道路选择只有工业化,没有工业化也就没有城市化。房地产业依赖的是城市化途径,不是城市化要依赖房地产业途径。这二者的逻辑关系一旦被倒置,城市化与工业化的关系也就被隔离起来,其结果将很严重。
European Urbanization Movement was not associated with the enclosure movement,and the rise of industrial capitalism changed the pattern of urbanization.In the relationship between urbanization and real estate industry,urbanization was the cause and the real estate industry was the result.Because urbanization was based on industrialization,it is industrialization that became the only road to promote urbanization.Without industrialization there would be no urbanization.The development of the real estate industry depended on the process of urbanization instead of the reverse situation.Once the logical relationship ol them was inverted,the relationship between urbanization and industrialization would be isolated and the result would Livery serious.
