摘要
针对番禺市森林资源偏少 ,林分质量欠佳的情况 ,近 10年来 ,对生态公益林林分改造和城市林业建设和管理进行了不断的实践和探索。从番禺市生态公益林的基本情况和分布入手 ,总结了进行林分改造的主要技术措施和行之有效的立法管理办法。
The forest resource is deficient and the forest stand quality is not good enough in Panyi city, the ecological commonweal forest stand alteration and the city forestry construction and management bas been practiced and explored ceaseless in the resent ten years or so.Through the analysis of the basic conditions and distributing of ecological commonweal forest in Panyi city, this paper sum up the main technical measures and legislation managing ways of forest stand alteration.
