摘要
论述了网络域名的法律定位、纠纷的多样性及我国对网络域名保护存在的缺陷,提出了完善保护的具体措施。
The legal positioning of the Internet domain name is discussed, as well as the diversity of disputes and the defects of our domain name protection. Specific measures to improve the protection are proposed.
