摘要
介绍了周恩来对环境保护工作重要性的认识与实践。他组织召开了全国环境保护会议,制定环保法规,设立国务院环保机构,将环境保护工作上升到国家意志,并提出了具有中国特色的"预防为主""综合利用"的方针,为中国环境保护工作的发展奠定了基础。
Zhou Enlai＇s understanding of the environmental protection work is introduced. Zhou Enlai recognized the importance of environmental protection work firstly. Through convening the national conference on environmental protection to develop environmental regulations, and establishing the environmental protection agency of the State Council, the environmental protection work had beenraised to the will of the state, and Zhou Enlai raised environmental protection policies with Chinese characteristics that ＂prevention-based＂ and ＂utilization＂, laid the foundation for the development of China＇s environmental protection work.
