摘要
指出东北老工业区生产性服务业,尤其是向制造业延伸的服务业存在着发展速度较慢,总体发展水平不高、传统服务业比重较高、知识密集程度较低等诸多缺点,以及市场化程度低、社会专业化程度低、观念落后和人才匮乏等问题都严重阻碍了东北老工业区服务业和制造业的发展。认为深入分析和研究这一问题,对于促进东北老工业区的生产性服务业同制造业的协同发展具有重要意义。
The shortcomings of northeast old industrial zone productive service industry, especially service industry extending to manufacturing, are proposed, such as the development speed is relatively slow, the overall development level is not high, the proportion of traditional services are higher, and the knowledge intensive degree is lower and so on. The problems, such as low level of marketization and social specialization, backward concepts and deficient talented persons, seriously hinder the development of northeast old industrial zone service and manufacturing industries. In-depth analysis and research on this problem has very important significance to promote the productive service industry with the manufacturing industry＇s coordinated development of the northeast old industrial zone.
