摘要
针对太钢4 350 m3高炉干法除尘系统中料位计存在的不足,结合料位计工作原理在料位计的使用上找到了一种最优标定方法。现场实际应用结果表明找到的标定方法能够很好地解决料位计误报虚假信号的问题。
For the defects of bin level controller in 4 350 m 3 blast furnace dry dust extraction system,a optimal calibration method has been found in use of bin level controller combined with its working theory.The actual application result controller that the calibration method is a very good solution to solve false signal problem.
