摘要
针对无速度传感器矢量控制系统中电压模型磁通观察器存在积分运算问题和低速运行时转速难以控制的问题,设计了利用电流模型修正电压模型的磁通观察器和PI自适应法速度观察器,建立了转速电流双闭环调速系统。仿真结果表明:低速下稳态精度比较好,估算速度毛刺较少,系统对转子参数有较强的鲁棒性。仿真证明了该方法的有效性。
In voltage model flux observer of speed sensorless vector control system,there still exist calculus problems,and the rotating speed is difficult to be controlled when the observer runs at a lower speed.In the light of these problems,the double closed-loop speed control system is established,and then the flux observer and PI adaptive speed observer are designed,which could make current model modify voltage model.The simulation results show steady state accuracy and fewer mistakes in estimating speed.The system has stronger robustness on rotor parameters.The simulation results prove that this method is effective.
