摘要
对本院开展病区管理质量考核评价的目的、方法、过程和运行效果进行分析,总结本院在对临床科室的管理质量进行考核评价中取得的经验和存在的问题,认为开展病区管理质量考核评价是提高医疗质量的有效方式。
To analyze the purpose, process, and operating results of carrying out examination, and evaluate ward management quality in the hospital, based on the experience gained and existing problems in the supervision. The paper sums up that carrying out examination and evaluation for ward management quality is an efficient manner for improving the medical quality.
