摘要
目的:探讨产后出血的有效预防与护理体会。方法:将80例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组给予常规护理措施和指导,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合预防、护理措施,观察两组产后出血情况。结果:观察组产后2h出血量、产后24h出血量显著少于对照组,产后出血明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理措施能有效预防产后出血,促进产妇的产后康复。
Objective：To explore the effective prevention of postpartum hemorrhage and nursing experience.Method：80 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group given routine nursing measures and guide,in the observation group,the control group was given based on comprehensive prevention,nursing measures,the observation group two group of postpartum hemorrhage.Result：Observation of postpartum bleeding volume in 2 hours group,postpartum bleeding volume in 24 hours was significantly less than that in the control group,postpartum hemorrhage was significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing measures can effectively promote the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum rehabilitation.
