摘要
珊瑚藓净是由我国传统中药名方开发而成的抗真菌药物,经临床证明对足癣有很好的疗效,但其有效成分和作用机理尚未探明。拟以抗菌活性为指导分离珊瑚藓净中的活性成分并对其药理机制进行初步研究。试验用氯仿对珊瑚癣净进行初步提取并用高效液相色谱对得到的有效组分进行进一步分离。试验结果得到有效成分单体化合物Z2(1,3,4,6-4氨基己烷)。Z2对白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值为10μg/mL;通过扫描电镜观察发现,Z2可以通过破坏白色念珠菌的细胞膜使其细胞破裂死亡。
Shanhu Xuanjing is a civil traditional Chinese medicine which has a good effect on Tinea pedis ,but its active ingre- dient clinical pharmacology have not been researched. In this paper,we use antifungal activity as a guide to separate the active phar- maceutical ingredient of Shanhu Xuanjing and study the preliminary mechanism of this medicine. We use chloroform to extract the samples and then through High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) and finally get the effective components Z2 (1,3,4,6 - 4 amino hexane). Through the micro - dilution method, we found the minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) value on Candida albicans reaches 10μg/mL. Through Scanning Electron Microscope ,we found that Shanhu Xuanjing can destroy the cell membrane of Candida albicans to cell rupture death.
