摘要近年来,创业已经引起了国内外政府的关注并得到了相应的政策支持,成为了解决就业的重要途径。文章通过收集整理最新的国外权威研究文献,主要对创业的就业价值:即创业所带来的就业数量,就业变动,经济收益和非经济收益进行了分析,得出了创业有益于就业的结论。 In recent years, entrepreneurship has being valued and supported by China and international government as one important way to solve employment problem. By collecting and sorting out the latest foreign authoritative research literatures, this article mainly analyzes the employment value of entrepreneurship, i. e. the employment quantity, employment variation, economic benefit and non-economic benefit caused by entrepreneurship, then draws the conclusion that entrepreneurship is beneficial to employment. In the end, it comments on the above foreign researches and explore the future development.
