摘要
道路交通的安全控制和预警主要从"人员、环境、设备和管理"四要素着手,道路交通安全控制和预警系统是一项综合各种应用的系统工程。模糊综合评价适用于不同道路或同一条道路的不同路段。实例分析结果表明:该方法操作简单,能够定量直观地表达评价结果,是交通管理部门实现道路安全控制和预警的必要辅助决策参考。
Road traffic safety control and early warning include the four key factors of staff, environment, e- quipment and management, this kind of system is a systematic engineering with a comprehensive range of all kinds of applications. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is suitable for different roads or those with different sec- tions. The example analysis shows that this method is an easy operation and can describe the results quantitative- ly and intuitively, which is a necessary decision reference for traffic management department to realize road safety control and early warning.
