摘要
目的对小切口皮下搔刮法治疗腋臭的疗效进行评价。方法治疗组采用小切口皮下搔刮法治疗腋臭患者128例;对照组采用梭形皮肤切除术治疗腋臭患者56例。结果治疗组有效率为98.4%,对照组为76.8%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口皮下搔刮法治疗腋臭损伤小,根治率高,术后并发症少,切口隐蔽,是治疗腋臭安全、可靠的方法,易为患者接受。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sbcutaneous curettage treatment on axillary osmidrosis by a small incision. Methods Treatment group： Sbcutaneous curettage treatment on 128 axillary osmidrosis by a small incision; Control group：A small fusiform skin was removed to treatment on 56 axillary osmidrosis. Results There was 98.4% for the effective rate in the treatment group, There was 76.8% for the effective rate in the control group（P 〈 0.05） with a significant difference between the two. Conclusion The sbcutaneous curettage treatment on axillary osmidrosis has the advantages of less complications, hidden incision and low recurrence rate.It is a perfect surgery to cure the disease. Easy for patients to accept.
