摘要
本文针对学界的“自上而下”或“自下而上”等两种国家与社会关系解释进路的反思，结合对广受关注的知识传播渠道──尤其是民营书店──的个案考察，以及对１９４９年以来国家知识治理和知识传播方式的转型的历史考察，提出有关国家与社会互动的替代性论点。
Based on the case of knowledge expanding as individual- running bookstore, this paper raises an argument by combining the state mechanism and the social mechanism.
