气溶胶在实验动物间传播流行性出血热的作用 被引量:10

摘要 在实验动物型出血热发生的动物饲养室空气中首次分离出出血热病毒;用病毒感染Wistar大白鼠的饲养空间大气中再次分离出出血热病毒,证明气溶胶可携带病毒在空气中自由流动;在排除直接和虫媒接触的条件下带毒鼠和健康鼠饲养在同一空间,健康鼠可以感染出血热。由此证实 Wistar大白鼠间的出血热的传播,是由携带出血热病毒的气溶胶所致。对气溶胶传播出血热的观点在国内外首次提供了科学的实验依据。 EHF virus was in the first time isolated from air of the rearing room for experiment of laboratory animal type EH and also Isolation of EHF virus from W istar rats infected by the air of the rearing room. This results demonstrated that aerosol may carry EH virus, when normal rats and EHF infected animals were rearing in a same room, the normal rats may infected of EHF in expexcluding the factors of direct contact and possible vector contact, This results should that EHF virus may spreadumong Wistar rats due to aerosel which may carry EHF virus. This provided further experimental evidence for EHF spreading by aerosol.
