抽动障碍儿童免疫状况及预防接种问题 被引量：4

摘要 抽动障碍是起病于儿童时期的慢性、复发性神经精神性疾病,常与诸多行为问题共病,严重影响着儿童的身心健康。较多研究已证实该病的发生可能与免疫紊乱有关,在此情况下接种疫苗会是否对儿童造成伤害、加重抽动症状以及能否达到预防疾病的目的成为近年来人们关注的问题。本文综述了抽动障碍儿童的免疫状况变化、细菌和病毒感染后的免疫特点以及抽动障碍儿童进行疫苗接种时应注意的事项,并提出一些指导性建议。
