摘要
针应用MPI软件对薄壁筒状件水杯的注射过程中的冷却、流动、翘曲进行模拟。分析了填充时间、体积收缩率、翘曲变形等情况,通过优化保压压力、保压时间以改进翘曲变形量。其分析结果对模具优化设计具有良好的指导意义。
Taking the injection molding of thin-walled tubular drinking set, the processes of the cooling, flowing and warpage of the plastics parts in the injection molding were simulated by means of MPI software. Some key issues like fill time, volumetric shrinkage, warping deformation were studied. The packing pressure and holding time were optimized, so the plastic deformation was diminished.The analysis results had good guiding effect on the optimization of injection mold.
