摘要
运用UPI问卷对浙江某大学2009级新生进行心理健康测查,了解大学新生心理健康状况,针对大学新生心理健康状况采用运动干预。通过体育运动对大学新生进行为期十七周的心理干预,对干预后的UPI分值进行相关分析。结果如下:运动干预能改善学生心理健康UPI分值,不同的运动项目改善不同的心理状况。尤其对A类和B类的学生,干预前和干预后均存在着非常显著性差异(P<0.01),运动干预后的效果男生比女生更显著些。从而证明运动干预手段对大学生心理健康具有显著的效果。

Thus the proof movement intervention method has the remarkable effect to the university student psychologically healthy.
