摘要
目的:加强对老年肿瘤患者的围手术期护理,减少术后并发症,提高手术治愈率。方法:选择收治的妇科恶性肿瘤患者53例,年龄60～78岁,充分做好术前准备,通过心理疏导使患者配合手术,减少并症发生。结果:通过应用有效的术前、术后护理措施,53例患者术后恢复良好,切口一期愈合,无明显并发症,术后如期出院。结论:针对老年患者的心理及生理特点,加强相应的护理措施,才能保证老年肿瘤患者平稳度过围手术期。
Objective To strengthen the perioperative care of the elder tumor patients,reduce postoperative complications and improve the curative rate.Method There were 53 gynecologic malignant tumor patients from Hubei Institute for Nationalities People Affiliated Hospital from May 2009 to May 2011,60 to 78 years old.Enrolled with 27 ovarian cancer patients,8 cervical cancer patients,16 endometrial cancer patients,1 vulvar cancer patient,1 choriocarcinoma patient,6 patients were coupled with abnormal ECG,2 patients with diabetes and 3 patients with severe anemia.Results Through the application of correct and effective preoperative and postoperative nursing measures,53 patients healed well by first intention,without obvious complications and were expectably discharged from hospital after recovery.Conclusion In consideration of the psychological and physiological characteristics of elderly patients,it is necessary to strengthen the corresponding nursing measures to ensure the old cancer patients can go through the perioperative period smoothly.
