摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床表现、血糖水平及其与预后的关系。方法:根据血糖水平分为三组,观察血糖水平对糖尿病并发脑梗死患者的预后关系,所有患者采取控制血糖,并给予吸氧、控制血压、降低颅内压、保护脑功能、纠正酸碱平衡及水电解质紊乱等综合治疗。结果:2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血糖水平越高,治愈率越低,预后差。结论:控制好2型糖尿病患者的血糖对脑梗死的治疗及预后非常有益。
Objective To explore clincal features,blood glucose level and prognosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction.Method 62 cases were divided into 3 groups according to blood sugar level.Prognosis of diabetic patients combined with cerebral infarction was observed according to the different blood sugar levels.All patients were taken comprehensive measures of controlling blood sugar level,taking in oxygen,controlling blood pressure,reducing intracranial pressure and correcting acid-base balance and electrolyte disturbance.Results Blood glucose level of type 2 diabetes combined with cerebral infarction was more high,the cure rate was more low and the prognosis was more poor.Conclusion Controlling blood sugar level of type 2 diabetes is very useful in the treatment and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
