摘要
目的:探讨黄斑裂孔伴有周边裂孔性视网膜脱离临床治疗效果。方法:分析收治的黄斑裂孔伴有周边裂孔性视网膜脱离患者20例的临床资料,采取23G玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术进行治疗。结果:黄斑裂孔伴有周边裂孔性视网膜脱离患者术后视力高于术前,P<0.05为差异均有统计学意义。术后并发症情况:3例出现术后一过性眼压增高,2例出现术后视网膜脱离复发。结论:23G玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗黄斑裂孔伴有周边裂孔性视网膜脱患者,临床效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the treatment effect of retinal detachment with macular hole by 23G vitrectomy.Method We analyzed 20 cases of clinical data of retinal detachment with macular hole in our hospital ophthalmology department,taking the 23G vitrectomy combined with injection of C3F8 gas treatment.Results The visual acuity of the postoperative,intraocular pressure of retinal detachment with macular hole were higher than that of preoperative,P0.05.The differences were statistical significance.Macular hole retinal detachment patients postoperative complications occurred in 3 cases of postoperative transient intraocular pressure elevation,in 2 cases of recurrent macular hole retinal detachment.Conclusion The clinical result of 23G Vitrectomy combined with injection of C3F8 gas of retinal detachment with macular hol is good,which is to be used.
