摘要
以某双线铁路桥桥墩施工阶段开裂为研究背景,对实体混凝土桥墩进行水化热和施工开裂分析。指出对于一般的铁路实体混凝土桥墩,水化热引起的拉应力作用不容忽视,在施工早期常常成为引起桥墩竖向开裂的主要因素之一。进一步将双线与单线桥墩作对比,得出单线桥墩由于受到承台的横向约束较小,水化热产生的温度应力显著小于双线桥墩。分析结果可为相似桥墩的水化热设计分析提供参考。
The heat of hydration and construction cracks for concrete piers are analysed in this paper, with reference to pier construction crack of a double-track-railway bridge. For general solid concrete piers in rail-way, tensile stress caused by the heat of hydration can' t be ignored, as it often becomes one of the main factors to cause vertical cracks in the early stage. Then the paper compareed single line and double track railway piers, and fourd out that tensile stress caused by the heat of hydration in single line railway pier is much smaller because the lateral restraint is smaller. The analysis results provide a reference for similar piers.
