摘要 结构试验数据采集量大、传感器种类多,采集设备在试验过程中需要反复安装,因此结构试验采集仪器应当满足兼容性、便携性等使用要求。IMP分散式数据采集系统具有测量精度高、适用仪器广、抗干扰能力强、拆装方便、操作简单、需要配置额外的桥路附属装置等特点,适合用于结构试验的数据量测。针对IMP配套设备的问题,提出了对该设备采用快捷插拔接头、在传感器上进行组桥、在联接器内进行组桥、组装数据采集车、制作终端电阻接头等改进措施。经过改进后的IMP数据采集系统不但节省了结构试验的时间和空间,而且大大提高了采集系统的可靠性。 Data acquisition systems for structural tests should have compatibility and portability, since a great number of sensors with different purposes and different kinds are frequently assembled and disassembled during tests. Isolated measurement pod (IMP) normally used in structural tests has the feature of high precision, good currency, convenience to take and assemble, easy operating, high tamper-resistant, and the disadvan- tage of needing many corollary equipment. Solutions to the problem are to use the quick plug connector making Wheatstone bridge in sensors or isolated measurement cards, assembling data acquisition trailers, making last resistance connector. All these works have saved time and space of structural tests and also improved reliability of the data acquisition systems.
