摘要
针对高层建筑基坑及城市地铁隧道施工对相邻建筑物的影响,总结分析了基坑与隧道施工引起地基基础变形规律以及由此导致的房屋损伤特点,比较分析了现行规范和国内外学者提出的砌体结构基础变形控制参数及限值。结果表明,与砌体房屋损伤直接相关的基础沉降参数主要有相对弯曲和水平拉伸,我国现行规范关于砌体结构基础沉降控制参数的限值未与砌体房屋结构损伤直接相关,建议采用相对弯曲作为砌体房屋基础沉降控制参数,相关限值宜考虑建筑物重要性、结构整体性、受力状态、初始损伤等因素的影响。
With the advance of China' s urbanization process, more and more attentions were paid on the im- pact of underground construction on the adjacent building structures. Responses of building strutures to the de- formation of their foundation and soil caused by underground construction were analyzed, and the controll pa- rameters and their limit values for foundation deformation of masonry structures in the exsiting codes and litera- tures were compared. It is found that the current control parameters for foundation deformation and their limits has nothing directly to do with the damage of masnory structures in Chinaese current codes. Relative bending and horizontal strain of the foundation are known as the right parameters, which can reflect the damage of mas- nory structures. Relative bending of the foundation is suggested to be the additional controll parameter, and the criteria for the classification of its limit should consider the influence of the importance of building stru- crues, structural integrity, loading history and initial damage.
