万古霉素血清谷浓度对老年患者肾功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解万古霉素血清谷浓度对老年患者肾功能的影响。方法分析万古霉素治疗的44例老年患者。对不同万古霉素血清谷浓度患者治疗前后肾功能指标进行统计学分析。结果万古霉素血清谷浓度<20mg/L者使用万古霉素治疗前后肾功能改变没有显著性差异。结论万古霉素血清谷浓度<20mg/L时,肾功能无明显损害;老年患者予万古霉素治疗时需行血清谷浓度监测。
