摘要
目的选择40例乳腺癌患者作为乳腺癌组,40例乳腺良性疾病患者作为乳腺良性疾病组,另选取40例健康体检妇女作为正常对照组。方法化学发光免疫法检测其血清CA153,CEA和CY-FRA21-1含量。结果乳腺癌患者的血清CA153,CA1125和CEA水平及阳性率均明显高于正常女性对照组及乳腺良性疾病组(P<0.05)。三项标志物进行串联检测的敏感度和诊断准确度均高于单项指标检测。结论联合检测血清中的CA153,CA1125和CEA水平对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of CA153, CA125 and CEA levels inserum formastocarcinoma diagnosis. Methods The contents of CA153, CA125 and CEA1 in serum were detected with chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) in 40 patients with mastocarcinom, 40 pa- tientswith benign breastdisorders and 40 healthy controls, respectively. Results The levels and the positive rates of serum CA153, CA125 and CEA of masto-earcinoma patientswere significantly higher than those of- healthy controls and benign tumorpatients ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The combined diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of CA153, CA125 and CEA combined detectionwas higher than that of single biomarker. Conclusion The com- bined detection of CA153, CA125 and CEA levels in serum is of important clinical significance for diagnosing- mastocarcinoma.
