再生障碍性贫血患者T细胞亚群及细胞因子的检测 被引量：2

摘要 为了探讨再生障碍性贫血 (再障 )的免疫发病机制 ,阐明细胞免疫、细胞因子在再障患者中的变化。本文采用 APAAP法和 EL ISA分别检测再障患者及正常人外周血 T细胞亚群、PBMC经 PHA培养上清中 IL - 2、IL -3和 IFNγ 水平。结果表明 ,再障患者外周血 CD3、CD4、CD4/ CD8降低 ,CD8升高 ;IL - 2、IFNγ水平升高 ,IL - 3水平降低。相关分析发现 CD8与 IL - 3呈负相关 ,而与 IFNγ 呈正相关。
