摘要
目的:探讨三孔法腹腔镜胆囊、阑尾联合切除术的优越性及临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析2002年4月至2012年4月为67例患者行三孔法腹腔镜胆囊、阑尾联合手术的临床资料。结果:67例均成功完成腹腔镜手术,无一例中转开腹及并发症发生。术后住院时间与单器官腹腔镜手术相近。术后患者均获随访,恢复良好。结论:在熟练掌握腹腔镜技术的基础上,三孔法腹腔镜胆囊、阑尾联合手术安全、有效、可行,值得推广应用。
Objective：To explore advantages and clinical application value of 3-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） com- bined with laparoscopic appendectomy（LA）. Methods：The clinical date of 67 cases underwent three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with laparoscopic appendectomy between Apr. 2002 and Apr. 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All laparoscopic combined surgery were successful without conversion to laparotomy and complications. Mean postoperative hospital stay was similar to that of patients who underwent hparoscopic single organ surgery. During the follow-up, all patients recovered well. Conclusions：On the basis of proficiently laparoscopic skill,3-port LC combined with LA is feasible and effective, which is worth further clinical application.
