摘要
本文针对工业中经常遇到的多流量控制问题提出了一种控制系统,该控制系统基于PLC对三配比混合流量进行控制,可使其各自达到稳定的流量,并对调节方式进行分析。采用根据主流量设定信号来设定从流量的比值控制方式,通过三闭环、三配比混合流量控制消弱以至消除扰动对于流量的影响,稳定各自的流量,以达到控制准确、响应快速、操作方便的效果。
In order to solve the problems of flow control frequently encountered in many industry fields,this paper issues a control system,which can realize the control of three mixing ratio flow based on PLC with the respective stable flow.The adjusting method is also analyzed.By the way of the ratio control which sets the subsidiary flow according to the singnals of the main flow,the three closed loop and three mixing ratio flow can be controlled to weaken and eliminate the influence of the disturbance upon the flow.So that the great results are achieved,such as accurate control,rapid response,easy operation.
