摘要
对 116例鼻中隔偏曲施行鼻中隔成形术 ,治愈 91例 ,好转 15例 ,总有效率 91.38% (10 6例 ) ,无效 10例(8.6 2 % )。同时对比 10 0例Killian手术效果 ,其治愈 32例 ,好转 35例 ,总有效率 6 7% (6 7例 ) ,无效 33例 (33% )。两组总有效率对比 ,X2 =18.5 19,P <0 .0 0 5 ,有显著差异。结果显示 :鼻中隔成形术是治疗鼻中隔偏曲的良好方法 ,合并症极少。文中介绍了鼻中隔成形术手术方法及分型并进行了讨论。
In this paper 116 cases of nasal septal reconstruction was reported.Among them 91 cases were cured,15 cases were improved and the total effective rate was reached to 91.38%(106 cases).The control group was selected the Killan′s method and showed 67% of the total effective rate and 33% of no avail rate.The result of comparison the two groups showed significant differences (X 2=18.519,P<0.005).In conclusion,the nasal septal reconstruction method is effective for correcting septal deviation and showed less complication.
