摘要
档案相关人权益的有效保障,是依法治档的必然要求,档案管理活动中存的着不同主体之间的权益冲突,需要建立权益保障机制对此进行调整,提出完善档案相关人权益的理念保障机制、制度保障机制(包括立法保障、行政保障、专业保障)以及其他保障机制,以构建一套多元高效、相互协调的档案相关人权益保障机制。
It is inevitable requirement of managing archives as per law for effective protection of the correlated party＇s rights of archives.It is necessary to establish rights protection mechanism to adjust rights conflict among different partners on the archives management activities.The paper brings forward the concept protection mechanism,system protection mechanism（including legislation protection,administration protection and specialty protection） and other protection mechanisms for the correlated party＇s rights of archives in order to construct integrated,effective and coordinating protection mechanisms for the correlated party＇s rights of archives.
